P A Y M E N T M E T H O D (regarding lessons)
Payment is due the first week of every month; check or cash.
You are allowed to “ask off” from lessons and not be charged for them, but you must inform me of the dates that you need off before the first day of that month. If you inform me of a date you need off after the month has already started, then you will still be charged for the lesson, but we can try to find a time to make-up that lesson. If we cannot find a time to make-up the lesson that was missed, then you will still be responsible for the payment of that lesson.
If you ever need to cancel a lesson, I would appreciate that you notify me the evening before your lesson day, and then we can proceed from there and try to find a time to reschedule if you wish. I understand that sometimes emergencies come up and it will not always work out that way.

Solo Violin or Accord String Trio:
A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to save your spot on the calendar. You must pay the rest of the money one week before the actual wedding date or the time of service. You will also be required to sign a contract.
